Anyway, I felt really glad and happy to have the opportunity to take part in that volunteer work, mainly because it allowed me to see some smiles on the faces of some innocent children, which was just priceless.

Be friendly. Treat others like friends, and they will do the same for you. As a volunteer, you might meet new people who you want to make friends with. You might even meet someone who will be your friends for the rest of your life.

友好一点。像对待朋友一样对待别人，他们也会为你做同样的事情。作为一名志愿者，你可能会遇到你想交朋友的新人。你甚至可能会遇到一个会成为你余生朋友的人。

We can put what we have learned into practice when we help others. For instance, when we show foreigners directions in English, we practice our oral English.
